Edward J. Lamm was named vice president for enrollment management and communications at St. Norbert College on July 1, 2013. He oversees the areas of communications, marketing, student recruitment and financial aid.

Lamm arrived at St. Norbert in 2009 as executive director of enrollment and marketing. Lamm was promoted to associate vice president of graduate and undergraduate enrollment in 2012. In his time at St. Norbert College, he has helped lead the admission team to record enrollment at all levels, including raising the academic profile, diversity and size of the class.

Lamm has served on the enrollment management committee, the retention action committee, and retention strategy group, led the admission committee, and served on the strategic planning committee. In addition, he has provided insight and counsel for discussions surrounding the potential MBA program at St. Norbert College as well as our partnership with Bellin College.

Lamm received his bachelor of arts degree from Lawrence University and his master of business administration degree from North Park University in Chicago. Previously, he worked at the Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania, where he first served as the assistant dean of undergraduate admissions from 2005 to 2007 and then as the associate dean of graduate and doctoral programs from 2007 to 2009. Before that, he held various positions at North Park University from 1996 to 2001 in admissions, and from 2001 to 2005 his roles at Central Methodist University in Missouri included dean of admission.
