Edward J. Lamm was named vice president for enrollment management and communications at St. Norbert College on July 1, 2013. He oversees the areas of communications, marketing, student recruitment and financial aid.

Lamm arrived at St. Norbert in 2009 as executive director of enrollment and marketing. Lamm was promoted to associate vice president of graduate and undergraduate enrollment in 2012. In his time at St. Norbert College, he has helped lead the admission team to record enrollment at all levels, including raising the academic profile, diversity and size of the class.

Lamm has served on the president’s cabinet, enrollment management committee, retention action committee, retention strategy group, admission committee and the strategic planning committee. In addition, he provided insight and counsel for discussions leading to the establishment of the college’s partnership with Bellin College. 

Lamm previously worked at Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania, where he first served as the assistant dean of undergraduate admissions and then as the associate dean of graduate and doctoral programs. Before that, he held various positions at North Park University in admissions, and Central Methodist University.
