Programs: Business Administration

Upon graduation from St. Norbert College I was hired by Schneider National Inc., and spent seven years gaining invaluable experience in both their accounting and tax departments. Returning to my alma mater as a member of the faculty is both a privilege and honor. St. Norbert College represents more than just a career; it is home to my alma mater, my wedding and the baptism of all four of my children.

Research Interests
My main research focus over the past five years has centered on identifying factors that may lead to the successful completion of the C.P.A. exam. Currently I have expanded my research agenda to include a study of ethics as it relates to student behavior in the classroom. One aspect of research I enjoy the most is incorporating students into my projects. Students are active participants in many of my projects, contributing to the research, writing (journal publication) and national conference presentation.
