Dr. Anna Herrman is a visiting assistant professor of Communication and Media Studies. She joined the St. Norbert College faculty in Spring 2013. As a recent doctoral graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dr. Herrman enjoys researching interpersonal issues in health and intercultural contexts.

Dr. Herrman has publications on topics such as parental disclosure of HIV/AIDS to children and cross-cultural differences in defining beauty. Her current line of research explores how eating disorders and body-image impact interpersonal relationships and communication (vice versa).
