Danielle Geerling is a social psychologist who studies issues related to motivation and diversity, and the intersection of those topics. Her research on the social and psychological factors that keep students engaged in college-level psychology courses carries a goal of understanding how to make higher education an enjoyable, motivating, equitable space for all students.
