Dr. Elena A Khapalova, Assistant Professor of Business Administration-Supply Chain Management, graduated with a B.A. (major: Economics) from Mount Holyoke College. Elena earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management, as well as her M.B.A. with a concentration in MIS, from Washington State University. Elena's research interests include time series analysis with a focus on change-point analysis and simulation.
