Dr. Osgood joins St. Norbert College from Muskingum University in Ohio, where he served as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for Teacher Education and taught courses in foundations and special education.  Dr. Osgood has written research and teaching presentations throughout the United States as well as Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, and Jamaica.  The Teacher Education Department welcomes Dr. Osgood as the Chair of the Teacher Education Program.
