Plan Your Visit to SNC

Plan a Visit

We invite you and your family to visit campus through one of our admission events, or by arranging a personalized visit!

During your personalized visit to campus, you’ll meet individually with an admission counselor and take an hour-long walking tour of campus with a current student.

Depending on availability, we may also be able to arrange:

  • An appointment with a faculty member in your academic area of interest
  • An opportunity to attend a class (Mondays and Wednesdays when class is in session.)
  • Lunch on campus
  • A meeting with a Green Knight athletics coach
Visits are available most weekdays. To arrange your preferred visit, we ask for advance notice: for a tour and admission interview, please give one week’s notice; for visits with additional appointment requests, please give at least a two-week notice.

We’ll do our best to accommodate additional appointment requests; priority is given to current seniors.

If the date you’re looking to visit is not available, please call the office of admission at 800-236-4878.

A visit confirmation with directions will be sent to the email you provide below.

** NOTE: With the fall semester ending and winter break beginning, visits will be limited to a campus tour and admission appointment, as classes will not be available. Regular visits will resume on Monday, Jan. 30. **

Admitted Senior Visits

You already know you’ve been accepted to the Class of 2021, but are you still undecided about SNC? Let us help you make your decision through one of our admitted senior events.

Senior Visit Days
We have reserved Mondays and Wednesdays in February and March just for seniors like you. Make a final visit to campus to get any of your lingering questions answered. This day will be tailored to you so you get to choose what would be most helpful:

  • Sit in on a class or meet with a professor in your intended major.
  • Take a full campus tour or a tour of just the residence halls.
  • Attend Morning Prayer or Noon Mass.
  • Meet with someone from up to two different areas of campus. For example: athletics, academic support services, our Sturzl Center for Community Service and Learning or multicultural student services.

Each personalized senior visit will also include a meeting with an admission counselor to discuss the admission process or your financial aid award, if available.

Please note that in order to accommodate this type of a personalized schedule, we only allow for a maximum of 15 families each day. While we highly encourage you to visit on one of these Senior Visit Days, let us know if you need to arrange for a visit on a different day.

Registration for the Senior Visit Days will open Jan. 2, 2017. We hope to see you on campus soon!

Admitted Student Receptions
When visiting campus, you hear words like ‘Communio’ and ‘Radical Hospitality’ all the time. We'd like to extend those values by coming to your community! We know it may be difficult to get back to campus for another look. Let us come to you and your parents with current students, parents, faculty and local alumni, who are ready to answer any questions you may have!
