With the enthusiastic approval of the Kolstad family, the College is seeking to acquire the appropriate resources to name the new stadium at the proposed outdoor athletic complex in honor of Howard "Chick" Kolstad. This would be visible and permanent recognition of someone who meant so much to the College and all the men who were touched by him during his 19-year tenure as the head football coach of the Green Knights.

In the very near future, all of his men will be contacted and asked to participate in this initiative by some of their teammates or advancement officers from the College.
