Jenifer Allen  joined the St. Norbert College Advancement team in August 2010. In her role as Director of the St. Norbert fund, her primary responsibilities include expanding the philanthropic culture among the students and alumni of St. Norbert College as well as raising awareness of the financial needs of the institution.

Previously, Jenifer served Beloit College in many roles. She began in Beloit's Development Office as a student worker and returned in 2005 as a Campaign Assistant.  She went on to become an Assistant Director of Annual Giving and then a Major Gift Officer. 

Jenifer earned her Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Beloit College.  She also earned a Master's of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, where her thesis focused on annual giving rates and trends among various liberal arts colleges in the midwest.

Jenifer and her husband, Jon, live in Green Bay with their four children, Jonathan, Jade, Jordan and Jackson.
