Andy Caldie ’07 joined the College Advancement team in July 2007, returning to an office where he had worked as a student since 2004, including two years as an intern. Andy graduated from St. Norbert in May 2007 with a degree in English. He now reports to the Director of Advancement Services, identifying and researching individuals, corporations, and foundations that may provide financial support to the College and its students. He also maintains research policies and procedures in accordance with the APRA Code of Ethics and the CASE Donor Bill of Rights.

Andy is a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA) and also belongs to the organization’s Wisconsin chapter. In addition, he is a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society.

Andy is involved in the community as a musician, and plays tuba, euphonium, and piano. While a student at St. Norbert College, he was a member of the Wind Ensemble and the Concert Band, and also performed with the Green Bay Civic Symphony and the Bayside Festive Orchestra. He currently plays tuba in the St. Norbert Community Band. Andy’s favorite leisure activities include reading, fishing, hiking, and attending the College’s sporting events.
