Nancy Hershfield joined St. Norbert College as Director of Development for Gift Programs in August 2006. She now serves as Executive Director for College Advancement, Nancy provides direct leadership across the full spectrum of fundraising efforts, including annual, major, planned and corporate giving.

Nancy previously served as Director of Development for the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts, Executive Director of the Fox Valley Arts Alliance, Director of Annual Giving at Lawrence University and as a consultant with the Meyer Fund-Raising Partnership.

An active volunteer, she has served on several boards including the Dudley Birder Chorale, Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Fox Valley Region, Appleton Boychoir and Child & Family Services.

Nancy earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Luther College and participated in the Organizational Anthropology Master of Arts program at the University of Manitoba.
