Big Economic Footprint - Green Bay Packers

On November 12, thirteen SNC alums gathered at Liberty Hall in Kimberly for dinner and a presentation entitled "Big Economic Footprint in a  Small Town - The Green Bay Packers." Dr. Kevin Quinn presented. Alums from the 1960's to present were in attendance, as well as parents. Mike Austin, Board of Trustee also was present.

A recovering Bears fan, Dr. Kevin Quinn is an associate professor of economics at SNC. His primary research interest is in the area of sports economics, particularly football. Watch for the release of his book with McFarland Press in 2008, "FanAddicts: The Economic and Social Phenomenon of Spectator Sports Fandom."
