These samples will guide you to make sure you provided complete information.

Marriages
Please provide your year of graduation, maiden name (if applicable), spouse name and spouse year of graduation (if spouse is also an alum). Also include the date of your marriage, current city and state of residence. For example:

1994 Jane (Adams) and John Doe, Sept. 26, 2004. They live in Milwaukee, WI. (Wife is an alum, husband is not)

Births or adoptions

Job change

1985 Jane (Adams) Doe who previously worked for ABC Company, has accepted a position at BBC Corporation as the company’s creative director in Green Bay, WI.

Promotion

1980 John Doe has been promoted to senior vice president of XYZ Corporation, Green Bay, WI. He will lead the international sales of XYZ Corporation and continue to strengthen the ties between the company’s sales channels and brand.

Award

1985 Jane (Adams) Doe has received a Gold Medal Award for excellence in the field of marketing, for her national advertising campaign for the A & B Group.

Recognition

1980 John Doe was recognized by the Association of X & Y as one of the year’s best marketing directors. This is the third recognition of Smith by the Association of X & Y. Smith currently resides in Milwaukee, WI.

Update

1963 John Doe and his wife Jane celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by hosting a beach picnic. Their two children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren were all able to attend.
1985 Jane Doe recently took up running and completed her first half-marathon at this year's Green Bay Marathon event.
