Professional Profile
My teaching and the creation of my artwork are preoccupied with vision. The various processes of seeing, learning to look, imagining, direct sustained observation, and discovery are seminal to the making of art. Likewise, exposure to a variety of mediums, concepts as well as historical works is utilized to stimulate problem solving and technical acumen. Similarly, the sensorium is utilized to encourage the development and cultivation of a personal aesthetic.
