St. Norbert College Hockey School
Become a more dynamic player at northeast Wisconsin's longest running hockey school!
Boys and girls ages 4-12 can develop their skills in this one-week program. At the rink, in the classroom and in the fitness room, participants will learn how to excel on ice.

Sessions include power-skating, puck skills and game situations taught for more than 25 years by the area's most experienced instructors. Current and former staff members include:

Snacks and a catered lunch will also be provided. Awards will follow a game during the last ice session.

- Group 1: Peewees (born in 2004 or 2005), 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
- Group 2: Squirts (born in 2006 or 2007), 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Group 3: Mites (born in 2008 or 2009), 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Groups are limited to the first 30 skaters per age.
Cost for goalies is $250 or $75, if they are attending the Goalie School and are participating as a goaltender in this camp.

Hockey School Advantages
Basic fundamentals and skills instruction
Skating, passing, shooting and team play, and the correct methods for receiving and giving stick and body checks. Specialized power-skating training, featuring rigorous, challenging exercises.
All scrimmages will be instructor-supervised and offer opportunities for application of learned techniques and team concepts.
Game and awards
Regulation game complete with referees, coaches and timekeepers during the last ice session on Friday. Report cards will be awarded to each participant upon the completion of the week.
Competitions will include accuracy shooting, fastest skater and hardest shot (tested by radar). Showdown finals will be during the intermission on game day.
Dynamic video instruction
There will be specialized power-skating training daily. Advanced professional, challenging and demanding exercises will allow each boy or girl to reach his or her potential in this most important area.
Off-ice physical fitness and conditioning
Planned exercises and workouts to improve strength, endurance and general fitness. Calisthenics and circuit training, plus agility activities.
Review of proper equipment; care and prevention of injuries; nutrition; and off-ice training. Instructional films as well as individual video breakdown for each participant will also be shown.
A special intensified program offered in morning sessions, featuring individual instruction by St. Norbert goaltending instructors.
