Women’s Hockey

Our newest sport – women’s hockey – has garnered much attention, increasing season win totals every year in their four years of existence. It also includes a NCHA Playoffs title and a NCAA Tournament appearance.

We play on Olympic-sized ice at the Resch Olympic Pavilion in the Cornerstone Community Center.

Led by quality coaching staff, the program strives for on-ice success as well as achievement in the classroom.

DE PERE - Former St. Norbert College standout Laurel Hill was drafted Tuesday in the fifth round of the 2014 Canadian Women's Hockey League Draft by the Toronto Furies. Hill, a defenseman from Huntsville, Ontario, was the 18th overall player chosen in the 19-round draft. There are five teams in the CWHL, which began in 2007. DE PERE - Kelsea Martalock has been named assistant women's ice hockey coach at St. Norbert College. Martalock arrives at St. Norbert from UW-Stevens Point, where she spent three seasons as an assistant coach primarily coordinating the Pointers' strength and conditioning. DE PERE - St. Norbert College senior Laurel Hill has been named to the Capital One Division III At-Large Academic All-America squad, presented by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Green Knights Goals Club

Women's Hockey PlayersContribute to the success of women's hockey at St. Norbert by joining the Green Knight Goals Club. With each goal scored, members of the club will donate a pledged amount to the women's hockey program. Members will receive a weekly Green Knights Goals e-summary, free admission to all women’s hockey home conference and non-conference games and an invitation to the Women’s Hockey Awards Banquet. >>More
