Green Knights Shut Out by Nationally Ranked Loras

DUBUQUE, Iowa - St. Norbert College fell to 1-1 on the season when it dropped a 3-0 non-conference decision to Loras College at the Rock Bowl.

Loras, ranked 16th in the latest Division III Top 25, scored three first-half goals in a 10-minute stretch to put the Green Knights away early. Donald St. George, Brad Joiner and Louie Oswald all scored between the 29th and 39th minutes for the Duhawks' scoring.

Loras (3-2) outshot St. Norbert 20-9, including 11-4 in the second half. The Duhawks also held a 9-3 corner kicks advantage.

Erik Tauschek made five saves for St. Norbert. Dan Wickman made three saves and Dylan Milkent two for Loras.
