St. Norbert Rallies Past Loras, Also Tops Martin Luther at UW-Oshkosh Tourney

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College rallied from a 2-0 deficit to post a five-set win over Loras College and also topped Martin Luther College in three sets to go 2-0 on the second day of the UW-Oshkosh Invitational.

The Green Knights (10-3), who went 3-1 in the tournament, tipped the Duhawks 20-25, 19-25, 25-19, 25-12, 15-9 in the opener. St. Norbert then swept Martin Luther 25-22, 25-14, 25-15 in the nightcap.

St. Norbert received several strong performances to topple Loras. Mary Kate Manion had 15 kills and 17 digs, while Sarah Sulentic added 13 kills and five blocks. Catherine Guido led the back row with 37 digs, and Lauren Meehan added 11 kills with 20 digs.

Against Martin Luther, St. Norbert got 10 kills and seven blocks from Danielle Remy. Guido had 27 digs.
