Green Knights Drop Tight One to Nationally Ranked UW-Oshkosh

DE PERE - St. Norbert College took an early lead but couldn't hold off nationally ranked UW-Oshkosh in a 2-1 non-conference loss at Schneider Stadium.

The 13th-ranked Titans, who had outscored their opponents 35-1 coming into the match, improved to 11-0-1 on the year. St. Norbert fell to 3-8.

St. Norbert scored at the 15 minute 57 seconds mark when Kevin Conrath knocked home a direct kick from just outside the top of the penalty area.

It took Oshkosh almost 11 minutes to score the equalizer, when Devon Prideaux scored off an assist from Robby Giljohann at 26:52. The Titans didn't pull ahead until there was 7:11 left in regulation when Ryan Hanna scored the game-winner, with an assist going to Mike Franzen.

Oshkosh held a 10-5 shots advantage and held a 7-1 edge in corner kicks. James Pike did not make a save for the Titans, while Noah Davis made two stops for the Green Knights.
