St. Norbert Drops Regular-Season Finale to UW-Oshkosh

DE PERE - St. Norbert College dropped its regular-season finale in a 3-0 non-conference loss to UW-Oshkosh at a wind-swept Kolstad Field at Schneider Stadium.

The Green Knights finished the regular season 8-9-1 and will wait to see this weekend to see if they clinch a berth in the Midwest Conference Tournament next weekend. Oshkosh improved to 8-7-1.

Oshkosh led 2-0 at halftime on goals by Becca Blue and Jenna LaFontaine. Nicole Strieker added a second-half goal for the Titans.

Both teams finished with seven shots, and the Titans had the edge in corner kicks at 5-1. Brittany Walder made two saves for the Titans, while Cara Tazioli had one stop for the Green Knights.
