St. Norbert Places Fourth at Carroll Invite

SUSSEX - St. Norbert College placed in a three-way tie for fourth place out of eight teams at the Carroll Pioneer Invitational held at Ironwood Golf Club.

The Green Knights shot a 341 in blustery conditions to tie with Ripon College and the Carroll University "B" squad. Carthage College won the event with a 308.

Nic Vrubley shot a 78 to lead St. Norbert, which was good enough to place seventh. Jacob Hebbard's 86 was good to place 22nd. Joe Hansen's 88 was tied for 26th, while Shawn Geier's 89 was tied for 29th. Kevin Hogan carded a 94 to place 34th.
