Graybill, Fabry Earn All-America Status at NCAA Indoor Track and Field Meet

ADA, Ohio - St. Norbert College sprinter Ashley Graybill and jumper Melissa Fabry both placed high enough to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship at Ohio Northern University.

Graybill, a junior from Delafield, placed fifth in the 400-meter dash. Graybill had the fourth-fastest time in the qualifying heats, and was grouped in the fastest championship heat. Graybill placed fifth with a time of 56.93 seconds. Illinois Wesleyan's Rachel Anderson won the event with a time of 55.66 seconds.

Fabry, a senior from Oconto Falls, placed seventh in the long jump. Fabry's longest jump of 17 feet 11 inches (5.46 meters) came on the first of her six jumps on the day. Fabry's fourth jump was her second longest at 5.33 meters. UW-La Crosse's Caitlin Schetter won the event with a leap of 19-2 3/4.

The Green Knights finished with a total of six team points at the meet.
