Green Knights Take Fourth at Ripon Invitational

BERLIN - St. Norbert College placed fourth among seven teams competing at the Ripon College Co-Ed Invitational held at Mascoutin Golf Course.

The Green Knights covered the 36-hole event with a 385-370--755. UW-Whitewater won the meet with a 702, followed by UW-Oshkosh in second with a 734. St. Norbert was six strokes out of third place, where Ripon had a 749. Viterbo University's Lauren Lindsley had a 74-81--155 to win medalist honors by 14 strokes.

Kathleen Geraghty led St. Norbert, finishing in fifth with a 90-85--175. Her second-round score of 85 was the Green Knights' best round of the season to date.

Kelley Kletti finished ninth with a 97-86--183, with her 86 going as the second-best round of the season for St. Norbert. Alexis Klinger was 18th with a 94-102--196, while Jessica Rogers was 19th with a 104-97--201. Erin Treankler was 24th with a 223, shooting rounds of 117 and 106.
