Green Knights Finish 13th at UW-Eau Claire Invitational

COLFAX - St. Norbert College finished in 13th place at the highly competitive UW-Eau Claire Invitational held at Whitetail Golf Course.

The Green Knights scored 402 points to finish 13th out of 19 teams. Carleton College won the meet with a total of 44 points, tipping the runner-up University of Minnesota's 50 points. Liz Berkholtz, running unattached, won the meet with a time of 22 minutes 10 seconds. A total of 341 runners competed.

Emily Erickson led St. Norbert with a 95th-place finish, and scored 56th, with a time of 24:13. Erin McShea was 101st overall in 24:19, while Meghan Valentine was 163rd in 25:10. Sara Hasenjager finished 192nd with a time of 25:52, and Liz Hietpas was 199th in 25:58.

The Green Knights' top seven was rounded out by Elvia Martinez finishing 212th overall in 26:06, while Steph Hietpas was 222nd in 26:13.
