Green Knights Fall to Carthage

DE PERE - St. Norbert College dropped a 4-0 decision to Carthage College in a non-conference match held at a blustery Kolstad Field at Schneider Stadium.

The Red Men (9-5-2) scored two goals in each half to post the win. Taylor Pignataro and Rafal Zalewski scored in the first half, and Michael Dombrowski and Billy Hamilton added markers in the second half.

The Green Knights (1-11-1) were outshot 21-4 and did not put a shot on goal. Noah Davis and Scott Faul each worked a half in net for St. Norbert, both making three saves.

St. Norbert returns to action at 4 p.m. Thursday with its final non-conference match of the year against Macalester College at Schneider Stadium.
