Celebrate With the Green Knights Thursday Night

DE PERE - The "Celebrate With the Green Knights" event to honor St. Norbert College's national championship hockey team is set for 7 p.m. Thursday, March 27 at Schuldes Sports Center on the St. Norbert campus. All St. Norbert coaches, staff and players will be at the program, which is free and open to the public.

The Green Knights won the 2008 NCAA Division III ice hockey championship on Sunday with a 2-0 win over Plattsburgh State (N.Y.) University in Lake Placid, N.Y. St. Norbert finished the season 27-1-4 and ended the year on a 29-game unbeaten streak.
