Green Knights Fare Well at Carroll Invite

WAUKESHA - St. Norbert College turned in several top performances at the Carroll University Invitational. The meet was unscored.

Taylor Wenzel won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 16.65 seconds, followed by Andrea Bosman's runner-up finish in 16.78. Bosman claimed the 400-meter hurdles title with a time of 1:10.17, and she also added a third-place showing in the high jump with a lead of 4 feet 9 inches.

The 4x100-meter relay team of Mara Aparnieks, Kari Braatz, Calli Nonnemacher and Katherine Larson won in a time of 50.94 seconds. The 4x400-meter relay team of Hannah Andrekus, Nonnemacher, Braatz and Erin McShea claimed a victory with a time of 4:15.30.

Braatz took second in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.12 seconds, followed by Aparnieks in third place in 13.15. Elvia Martinez was second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:05.43.

McShea was third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:03.34. Megan Domnick was third in the 200-meter dash in 27.20 seconds. Larson was third in the long jump with a leap of 16-4 1/4. Jenne Wiedemeier was third in the pole vault with a height of 9-0 1/4.
