Green Knights Claim Lawrence Invitational

APPLETON - St. Norbert College registered a whopping 317 points to win the two-team Lawrence University Invitational at Whiting Field. The Green Knights won 15 of 18 events to easily outdistance the Vikings, who had 125 points.

Mara Aparnieks won the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.99 seconds, while Emily Schudrowitz breezed to the 200-meter dash title in 25.89 seconds. Taylor Wenzel won the 100-meter hurdles in 16.02 seconds. Calli Nonnemacher won the 400-meter dash in 1:04.61.

Steph Hietpas claimed the 800-meter run in 2:34.31. Erin McShea won the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:57.04. In long-distance events, Liz Hietpas won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:33.2. Erika Quinn claimed the 5,000-meter run with a time of 21:22.14.

The Green Knights won the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 50.58 seconds. The 4x400-meter relay won with a time of 4:02.76.

Kalee Luedtke won the triple jump with a distance of 10.57 meters and the long jump in 4.99 meters. Lisa Jordahl won two events with a heave of 27.49 meters in the discus and a distance of 32.10 meters in the hammer throw. Meghan Braatz won the javelin throw with a distance of 23.88 meters. Danielle Krause won the pole vault with a height of 2.90 meters,
