St. Norbert Opens Italian Trip With Win

MONTECATINI TERME, Italy - St. Norbert College opened its 10-day trip to Italy with a 96-38 win over Pallacanestro Monsammano here in this city located in Tuscany.

The Green Knights scored 34 points in the first quarter of a game played with four 10-minute quarters and was never threatened.

Garrett Thorn and Trent Monckton led St. Norbert with 14 points apiece, while Austin Elliott added 11 points. Andrew Schwoerer chipped in with 10 points, while Tyler Pauley, Jeremy Paprocki and Jack Whalen all had eight points apiece.
