Green Knights Open at UW-Stevens Point

STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College got its indoor track and field season for 2013 underway by competing at the UW-Stevens Point Pointer Open. The event was an unscored meet.

Randy Hill won the triple jump and took second in the long jump and high jump. Hill recorded a distance of 13.01 meters in the triple jump and had a distance of 6.44 meters in the long jump. Hill cleared a height of 1.90 meters in the high jump.

Taylor Pasterski was second in the 300-meter dash in 37.03 seconds, with Akeem Edmonds finishing third in 37.81 seconds.

Joe McArdle was St. Norbert's lone other top-three finisher with a third-place shot put distance of 12.32 meters.
