St. Norbert Hosts MWC Tournament This Weekend

DE PERE - St. Norbert College, making its Midwest Conference-best sixth consecutive conference tournament appearance, hosts Grinnell College, Carroll University and Ripon College in the Midwest Conference Tournament this weekend. The Green Knights, who have won three out of the last four MWC titles, are vying for their third NCAA Division III Tournament appearance in four years. The MWC Tournament champion receives the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Semifinals at Schuldes Sports Center pit Grinnell and Carroll against each other at 5 p.m.Friday, while St. Norbert and Ripon tangle at 7 p.m. Friday. Saturday's championship game is slated for 3 p.m.
