St. Norbert Finishes Second at Tom Barry Invite

GREEN BAY - St. Norbert College saw its three-year grasp on the championship of its own Tom Barry Invitational come to an end at the hands of College of St. Scholastica at Colburn Park. The Saints claimed five of the top six spots to end with 19 points, while the Green Knights ended with 63 points.

St. Scholastica's Chelsea Johnson won the meet with dominating time of 18:28, besting the field over the 5-kilometer course by nearly a minute. Wisconsin Lutheran College's Julie Favorite was second with a time of 19:22.

Charlotte Walsh led the St. Norbert contingent with a seventh-place finish in a time of 19:46. Haley Joosten was ninth overall with a time of 19:49. Elvia Martinez was 14th with a time of 20:15, and Erin Artz was 15th in 20:16.

Britanny Kozlowski was 18th with a time of 20:23, while Clarissa Jauregui was 24th with a time of 20:41. Alyssa Price placed 29th with a time of 20:49.

The St. Norbert Alumni team placed third overall with 91 points. Jenny Scherer was eighth with a time of 19:48, while Trisha Feldhausen was 10th in 19:53. Erin Feldhausen was 11th at 20:06.
