St. Norbert Finishes 11th at Pre-National Invitational

HANOVER, Ind. - St. Norbert College finished 11th in the team standings at Hanover College's Division III Pre-National Cross Country Invitational.

The Green Knights totaled 321 points to finished 11th out of 19 teams. Loras College won the meet with 66 points. Michael Leduc won the 8-kilometer race with a time of 25:22.82. A total of 233 runners competed.

Benny Swift was St. Norbert's top finisher with a time of 27:15.01 to finish in 41st place. Michael Linzmeier finished 59th in 27:36.41, while Nathan Heppe was 61st with a time of 27:37.42.

Michael Heise was 87th overall in 27:58.77. Daniel Reigh finished 101st with a time of 28:14.29, while Jaquan Grier was 113th in 28:29.06. Justin Fote was 138th overall with a time of 28:51.73.
