Green Knights Fall in Four Sets at Carroll

WAUKESHA - St. Norbert College dropped a four-set heartbreaker to Carroll University in a Midwest Conference match at Van Male Fieldhouse. The Pioneers scored the win with a 24-26, 25-16, 26-24, 25-19 decision.

The Green Knights (7-13, 1-2 MWC) suffered through a rough night on offense, posting 32 hitting errors against 36 kills in 165 attempts for a percentage of .024. Breanne Brocker and Hannah Johnshoy each had nine kills, while Heidi Spies added seven.

Aubree Antosch led the back row with 21 digs, while Johnshow had 17 and Brocker 16. Abby West had 16 assists, while Kaitlin Delahaut added 14. Spies finished with three blocks.

Carroll (13-9, 3-0) hit .102 (49-32-166). Katrina Zenz had 12 kills and 20 digs. Lydia Hietpas added 10 kills and Jenna Shea had 25 digs for the Pioneers.
