St. Norbert Set For NCAA Playoffs Matchup at UW-Whitewater

DE PERE - St. Norbert College makes its 11th appearance in the NCAA Division III Playoffs when it travels to southern Wisconsin to face No. 5-ranked UW-Whitewater at Noon Saturday at Perkins Stadium. The winner of the game will face the Franklin-Washington (Mo.) winner in the second round.

Saturday's game marks the 30th meeting between St. Norbert and UW-Whitewater in a series begun in 1932. Whitewater leads the overall series 17-9-3, and is 12-4-1 all-time at home in the series. The Warhawks have won four straight games in the series since a 6-3 St. Norbert win on Sept. 11, 1976 in De Pere.
