DE PERE - Jessica Schadrie's hat trick was more than enough as the St. Norbert College women's soccer team rolled to a 6-0 non-conference win over Concordia (Wis.) University at the Minahan Stadium Complex.

The Green Knights led 1-0 at halftime before scoring four times in the first 13 minutes of the second half to break open the game. St. Norbert improved to 2-2 with the win, while the visiting Falcons dropped to 1-2.

Stephanie Gatyas scored off a scramble in front of the net just 53 seconds before halftime to give the Green Knights the game's first goal.

The floodgates opened early in the second half, when Schadrie took a pass from Jenni Jacobson and connected at 47:06. Just over four minutes later, Ann Maki's corner kick to the far post found an unmarked Rachelle Barina, who headed the ball in for a 3-0 advantage.

Schadrie scored off assists from Gatyas on the next two goals, the latter coming off a nice pass on a breakaway. Katherine Larson scored her first collegiate goal at 73:33 on a high, arcing shot from 20 yards out to round out the scoring.

St. Norbert outshot Concordia 21-10. Mallory Ford made three saves in goal in almost 65 minutes of work, while Brittany Verheyen turned away the only shot she faced.
