Green Knights Open at UW-Stevens Point Triangular

STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College opened its track and field season with an indoor triangular at UW-Stevens Point. The meet, which was unscored, included Ripon College.

Akeem Edmonds won the 200-meter dash in 23.42 seconds. He also claimed first place in the 300-meter dash with a time of 36.45 seconds.

Kevin Schlichter earned a win in the 60-meter dash for the Green Knights, finishing with a time of 7.21 seconds.

Austin Livingston won the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.93 seconds.

Jack Feuerstein finished in second place in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.02 seconds. Randy Hill placed second in the high jump at 6 feet, 2 inches.

Brennan Beachler placed third in the pole vault, clearing a height of 11-10. Evan Broyles took third in the weight throw with a toss of 45-5 3/4, and also took third in the shot put with a heave of 44-10 1/4.
