Prusha, Fort Named to D3football.com Team of the Week

DE PERE - Senior defensive lineman Austin Prusha and freshman running back Elijah Fort were both named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for their performances in St. Norbert College's 25-13 win over Carthage College this past Saturday in Kenosha.

Prusha, a Waunakee native, finished with a team-high eight tackles. Six tackles went for losses, the most for a St. Norbert player since 2004. He also had two and a half sacks. The Green Knights held Carthage to 15 yards rushing and the Red Men did not score in the last three quarters.

Fort, a Waukesha native, returned a punt 72 yards for a touchdown early in the second half to get St. Norbert back into the game at 13-13. The punt return for a touchdown was St. Norbert's first since 2008. Fort, who finished with 211 all-purpose yards in his first collegiate game, also had a long kickoff return of 64 yards.
