Green Knights Second at Lawrence Invitational

GREENVILLE - St. Norbert College placed second out of seven teams at the Lawrence University Invitational at Eagle Creek Golf Club.

The Green Knights totaled a 330 to finish five strokes behind host Lawrence. Lakeland College was third with a 331. The Vikings' Rudi Pino was the medalist with a 75.

Ben Verneten led St. Norbert in a tie for fourth place with an 80. Ben Socha was tied for sixth with an 81, while Joe Scherer was tied for 11th with an 84. Alex Okray was tied for 16th with an 85, while Tony Arnold was tied for 23rd with an 87.

The St. Norbert "B" team was fifth with a 350. Adam Rohde was tied for ninth with an 82, while Isaiah Harmison was tied for 11th with an 84.
