Green Knights Sweep Grinnell To Win Fourth Straight

GRINNELL, Iowa - St. Norbert College won its fourth consecutive match with a three-set sweep of Grinnell College in a Midwest Conference match at Darby Gym. The Green Knights beat the Pioneers 25-17, 25-12, 25-13.

The Green Knights (10-12, 4-0 MWC) hit a robust .341 for the match, posting 41 kills in 91 attempts with 10 errors. Hannah Johnshoy led the Green Knights with 10 kills. Anika Johnson added nine kills and Heidi Spies had eight kills. Breanna Brocker and Maddie Sabec both had seven kills.

Aubree Antosch led St. Norbert with 20 digs, while Brocker added 16 digs and five service aces. Spies finished with four blocks, and Johnshoy had three. Kaitlin Delahaut totaled 31 assists.

St. Norbert hit .481 in the second set, getting 16 kills with three errors in 27 attempts.

Natalie Duncombe led Grinnell (5-15, 0-3) with nine kills.
