St. Norbert Roars Back to Top Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, Ill. - St. Norbert College moved into sole possession of second place in the Midwest Conference with an impressive four-set win over Lake Forest College at the LFC Sports Center. The Green Knights lost the opening set 25-22 before charging back to win the match with set wins of 25-12, 25-9, 25-19.

The Green Knights (12-13, 6-1 MWC) ended up hitting .278 for the match, while holding the Foresters to an .098 hitting percentage. St. Norbert had 56 kills with 14 errors in 151 attempts.

Heidi Spies led the Green Knights with 15 kills and two errors in 29 attempts. Hannah Johnshoy posted 13 kills, while Breanne Brocker added 11 kills.

The Green Knights collected a total of 87 digs, with six players reaching double digits. Aubree Antosch had a team-high 22 digs, while Brocker added 15 and Spies 14. Johnshoy and Stephanie Reed had 12 digs apiece, while Kaitlin Delahaut had 10.

Delahaut had 40 of St. Norbert's 50 assists. Johnson had four blocks, and Johnshoy three.
