Green Knights Back to .500 With Sweep of Beloit

BELOIT - St. Norbert College won for the seventh time in its last eight matches with a three-set victory over Beloit College in a Midwest Conference match at Flood Arena. The Green Knights topped the Buccaneers 25-9, 25-15, 25-13.

The win moved the Green Knights (13-13, 7-1 MWC), who opened the season 4-10, back to .500 overall for the season.

St. Norbert finished with 40 kills and 11 errors in 104 attempts (.279), and also took advantage of 23 Beloit hitting errors. The Buccaneers ended up hitting minus-.058 after totaling 17 kills in 103 attempts.

Heidi Spies led St. Norbert with 10 kills, while Breanne Brocker added eight kills and Hannah Johnshoy seven kills. Kaitlin Delahaut totaled 20 assists, while Lauren Lehman finished with 11 assists.

Aubree Antosch had 23 of St. Norbert's 60 digs, and Brocker added 14 digs.
