Trio Tabbed All-Midwest Conference

DE PERE - St. Norbert College had three players earn All-Midwest Conference Men's Soccer honors on the All-MWC team announced today.

Sophomore midfielder Sam Lamers was St. Norbert's lone first-team All-MWC selection, while sophomore midfielder/forward Tyler Kassube and senior defender Thomas Gritton were second-team All-MWC choices.

Lamers, an Appleton native, led the Green Knights in scoring with seven goals and seven assists for 21 points in 18 games.

Kassube, also an Appleton native, was second on the team in scoring with four goals and a team-high 12 assists for 20 points in 17 games.

Gritton, a Neenah native, led the Green Knights in the back with one goal and one assist for three points in 13 games.

St. Norbert was 11-4-3 overall this season and was 5-2-3 in the Midwest Conference.
