DE PERE - B.J. Bryant has been named head women's volleyball coach at St. Norbert College, athletics director Tim Bald announced today.

"We are very excited B.J. Bryant will be leading the St. Norbert volleyball program," Bald said. "His background involving volleyball in the area, in the state, and in the Midwest should be a positive for our program."

Bryant brings extensive coaching experience at the club level to his first collegiate head coaching position. Bryant has coached the 18/16 and under girls with the Wisconsin Volleyball Academy (formerly Fox Valley Volleyball Academy) since 2007. He also coached the 17, 16 and under girls with the FVVA from 2004-2007. He also was the head boys' volleyball coach at Neenah High School from 2003-2005 and was the co-head boys' volleyball coach at Kimberly High School in 2002.

Bryant has also been involved with USA Volleyball Badger Region High Performance since 2008. An assistant coach from 2008 to 2011 and the head coach since 2012, he aided teams to a USA HP Championships silver medal in 2010 and a bronze medal in 2009.

Bryant has been an elected member of the Badger Region Volleyball Board of Directors since 2011 and is a Co-Director, President and Treasurer of the Wisconsin Volleyball Academy since 2008.
