St. Norbert Begins 2015 Season at Pointer Quad

STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College began its 2015 track and field season competing in the UW-Stevens Point Quad and Alumni Meet at the UW-Stevens Point Multi-Activity Center.

The Green Knights totaled 303 points, finishing second behind Stevens Point's 303.

Akeem Edmonds was second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.78 seconds, followed by Ryan Grandlic in third place at 23.85. Edmonds was third in the 300-meter dash in 37.28 seconds.

Austin Livingston placed second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.99 seconds. Jack Feuerstein was second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.01 seconds.

Andrew Lemay was second in the 3,000-meter run in 9:47.65, with C.J. Lewis finishing third in 10:08.82.

Randy Hill placed second in the high jump with a clearing of 6 feet 2 3/4 inches, while Brennan Beachler was second in the pole vault by clearing 12-0.

Brad Boockmeier finished second in the shot put with a heave of 48-7 1/4, followed by Evan Broyles in third place with a distance of 45-9 1/4. Broyles added a third-place finish in the weight throw with a toss of 45-7 1/4.

Colin O'Brien was third in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.36 seconds.
