Three School Records Fall at Titan Challenge

OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College saw three indoor school records fall as the Green Knights placed second at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge at Kolf Sports Center.

The Green Knights totaled 122.5 points to finish behind host Oshkosh's 185 points. Carroll University was third with 108.5 points.

Liz LeCaptain set a new school record in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.81 seconds, taking first place in the event. Taylor Wenzel was second in the 60-meter hurdles with a new St. Norbert-rceord time of 9.42 seconds.

The distance medley relay of Erin Artz, Clarissa Jauregui, Lisa Baeten and Brittany Kozlowski also turned in a St. Norbert-record time of 12:00.17 to finish second.

Charlotte Walsh was second in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:27.20, while Alyssa Price was fourth in 5:31.32. Jamie Karrels was second in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 11:34.66.

Samantha Morateck was second in the high jump with a height of 5 feet 2 1/2 inches. Ashley Berton and Nicole Vanderlin both tied for third, clearing 4-10 1/2.

The 4x400-meter relay of Crystal Combs, Brittany Sheahan, Danielle Harris and Brianna Alexander was second with a time of 4:18.61.

Taylor Miller was third in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:27.05.

Teagan Wernicke was fourth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.08 seconds, while Erin Lang was fifth in 10.32 seconds.
