MEQUON - St. Norbert College pushed across six runs in the seventh inning to lift the Green Knights to a come-from-behind 7-5 win over Concordia University Wisconsin in a non-conference game at Kapco Park.

The Green Knights (9-10) trailed 5-1 entering the seventh inning. St. Norbert totaled six runs in the frame on five hits and with the aid of two Concordia errors.

Following a pair of walks sandwiched around an error, Troy Rottier delivered with a two-run single to cut the deficit to 5-3. Tyler Banovich promptly followed with a run-scoring single to pull St. Norbert to within one. Tyler Brown singled on the infield, and an ensuing error on the play allowed Rottier to score to tie the game. Spencer Larson's bunt single later in the inning scored Rottier to give the Green Knights their first lead of the game. Dan Neises singled to score Sean Grant to put the Green Knights ahead 7-5.

St. Norbert scored its first run in the sixth inning on an RBI single by Banovich.

Concordia scored once in the second inning, twice in the third, once in the fourth and once in the sixth to build its lead. The Falcons, who had five hits in the game, mustered just one baserunner in the final three innings.

Banovich was 3-for-5 to lead St. Norbert, which had 12 hits. Larson and Neises were both 2-for-3, while Brown was 2-for-5.

Brendan Hermann pitched 2 1/3 innings in relief to earn the win, allowing no hits with just one walk and one strikeout. Nate Schadrie retired all four batters he faced to close out the game and nail down his second save of the season.
