St. Norbert Opens Spring Season With 11th Place at UW-Whitewater Invite

DELAVAN - St. Norbert College began the spring portion of its 2014-15 season with an 11th-place showing out of 13 teams at the UW-Whitewater Invitational at Delbrook Golf Club.

The Green Knights finished with a two-day score of 407-391--798. Lewis University was the team champion with a 306-318--624, while the Flyers' Rachel Sweeney was the medalist with a 74-72--146.

Taylor Debski led St. Norbert by tying for 18th place, finishing with a score of 87-85--172. Jessica Dyksterhouse was tied for 48th place with a score of 101-95--196.

Rebecca Simpson was tied for 54th place with a score of 99-102--201, while Abigail Butterbrodt finished in 66th place with a score of 120-109--229.
