DE PERE - St. Norbert College scored a goal in each half in order to craft a 2-2 tie with UW-Oshkosh in a non-conference match at Titan Stadium.

The Green Knights (8-4-1) were trailing 2-1 until Katie Vanden Avond's goal at the 74:26 mark knotted the score. The draw snapped a seven-match winning streak for the Titans (9-2-1), who entered the match ranked No. 25 in the NCAA Division III Top 25 Poll.

Vanden Avond scored the match's first marker at 17:33 on a breakaway off an assist from Sadie Jung to give the Green Knights a 1-0 lead, which would hold until halftime.

Oshkosh answered at 47:19 with a goal by Christina Mauthe. The Titans then took a 2-1 lead on an Alek Kleis goal at 57:35.

Vanden Avond then brought the Green Knights even with her second goal of the match, a 6-yard shot into the left side of the net off a feed from Monica Stephans. The goal was Vanden Avond's Division III-leading 28th of the season. It was also the 119th of her career, moving her into third place in Division III history in career goals. Vanden Avond is six goals shy of surpassing the Division III record heading into Saturday's home game against Cornell College.

Oshkosh outshot St. Norbert 34-8, but Green Knights' goalkeeper Maddie Plinska made 10 saves. Oshkosh goalkeeper Nina Muzi did not make a save.
