St. Norbert Sweeps Illinois College In Return Home

DE PERE - St. Norbert College returned to Schuldes Sports Center after nearly three weeks away and registered a 3-0 sweep of Illinois College in a Midwest Conference match. The Green Knights claimed a 25-22, 25-18, 25-19 win.

The Green Knights (10-12, 6-2 MWC) rallied in the first set before being in command in the final two sets. St. Norbert hit .209 for the match, getting 42 kills with 19 errors in 110 attempts.

Halie Ferry led the St. Norbert offense with 16 kills against five errors in 38 attempts. Anika Johnson and Kristina Herman both had seven kills. Erin Lang, Hannah Johnshoy and Justin Janke all had four kills apiece.

Kaitlin Delahaut finished with 22 assists and Lauren Lehman had 17 assists. Johnson had three blocks.

Aubree Antosch led the back row with 22 digs, while Ferry added 10 digs. Antosch and Emily Kapalko both had three service aces.

Illinois College hit .089, getting 26 kills against 17 errors in 101 attempts. Lisa Lowry led the Lady Blues with 13 kills.
